Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for providing job skill recommendations for an electronic document. Certain aspects include obtaining work history statements, a current job title, and an experience level, querying curated skills datasets to return a first skill set, generating, with an artificial intelligence model, work history embeddings based on the work history statements, generating, with the artificial intelligence model, skill embeddings based on the curated skills datasets, determining a similarity score between the work history embeddings and the skill embeddings, selecting, for a second skill set, second job skills, identifying common skills between the first skill set and the second skill set, merging the first skill set and the second skill set to form a merged skill set, sorting the merged skill set into an ordered list and populating sections of the electronic document by selecting at least one skill from the ordered list.
Abstract: The disclosed enhanced document creation and parsing systems deal with enhanced documents that allow for the presentation of document content in a preferred visual manner, while ensuring that the document content can be captured accurately by an automated parser with nothing being discarded or misrepresented. The enhanced document creation system may create an enhanced document by encoding document content in accordance with a defined schema, optionally encrypting the resulting structured data into an encrypted byte string, and embedding the encrypted byte string as non-visible metadata in a rendered document. The resulting enhanced document can be completely and accurately parsed by an enhanced document parsing system that is capable of extracting, decrypting and decoding the embedded document metadata.

Abstract: This present application relates to an enhanced document having a collection of fields including human readable information as well as machine retrievable information to create a collection of information relating to an applicant. The document includes both established segments relating to a first set of determined categories and a second group of data sets that are affiliated with the first set to provide an enhanced group of criteria for the applicant. The supplemental information is retrievable by use of one or more actuatable buttons that connect the user to a website to obtain the requested information.

Abstract: Certain aspects of the present disclosure provide techniques for creating an online document. A method includes prompting, a user for a base document; determining that the base document is an existing document comprising structured data; prompting the user to select a template; encoding one or more sections of the template selected by the user with content extracted from the structured data to generate an initial online document; identifying interactive elements from the structured data; creating a section within the initial online document corresponding to the interactive elements; generating for display, the initial online document in an online document editing environment, the online document editing environment configured to enable the user to selectively edit one or more sections of the initial online document; and publishing, the initial online document as the online document, with the online document creation system, in response to an indication from the user to publish.

Abstract: Systems and methods for searching online profiles on an application portal is disclosed. One method may include: receiving, at an application portal, a search request from a user; retrieving, by the one or more processors and from one or more accessible databases associated with the application portal, one or more online profiles that are determined to match the category selection and the keyword indication; assigning, utilizing a ranking algorithm, each of the one or more online profiles a rank, wherein the rank is assigned based on one or more ranking criteria; presenting, on a search results screen, a listing of previews of the one or more online profiles to the user in a ranked order based on the assigned rank, wherein each of the previews contains a subset of information contained in the one or more online profiles.
Abstract: The disclosed invention provides improved systems and methods for auto-filling electronic forms, which involves presenting a user with an electronic form comprising one or more fields, each field having one or more field attributes, parsing the electronic form to generate a form mapping, including a form path identifier identifying a location from where the electronic form originated, and a global field identifier and corresponding label for each of the one or more fields. The document mapping may be sent to a remote server, which may provide user data in response, which may be used to automatically populate the electronic form.
Abstract: A method of creating an enhanced document may include receiving an unstructured document, wherein a content of the unstructured document is formed of only unstructured content, encoding the unstructured document based on a known semantic meaning of the content of the unstructured document to form a structured document, wherein the structured document comprises only structured content, and wherein the structured content comprises a plurality of document sections, adding to the structured document a respective interactive element for each of the plurality of document sections, storing the structured document in association with a unique document identifier that is individual to the structured document, rendering the structured document to create a rendered document comprising structured content, unstructured content, and the interactive elements, and embedding the unique document identifier as non-visible metadata in the rendered document to form an enhanced document.
