The characteristic feature of the claimed design resides in the appearance of the LED lights on the front of the power supply device, as particularly shown in in the enlarged views in figs. 1.9, 1.10, and 2.11-2.14. The remaining portions of the device, shown in white translucent shading form no part of the claimed design. Figs. 2.9-2.10 and 2.13-2.14 show the state of the LED lights after they are turned on. The dot-dash broken lines illustrate the borders of the enlarged views and form no part of the claimed design.
