FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of an electronic sound producer for inducing sleep or the like showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a rear perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof an enlarged scale;

FIGS. 4, 5 and 6 are respectively side, front and rear elevational views thereof on an enlarged scale;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof on an enlarged scale;

FIG. 8 is a perspective view of a second embodiment of my new design, the second embodiment differing from the first only in number and placement of control knobs and inclusion of a night light.
