FIG. 4 is a side elevational view thereof as seen from the side opposite that shown in FIG. 3; and

FIG. 5 is a side elevational view thereof as seen from right to left of FIG. 3, the side opposite that shown being a mirror image. The bottom not shown is substantially plain.
