FIG. 1 is a top plan view of a holder for cutlery and sharpening steel showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a left side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof, the rear being a mirror image thereto; and

FIG. 4 is a right side elevational view thereof.

The bottom of the holder for cutlery and sharpening steel, not shown, is substantially plain and unornamented.
