FIG. 4 is a view similar to FIG. 2 but showing the side opposite that seen in FIG. 2;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view;

FIG. 6 is an end elevational view showing the end opposite that seen in FIG. 3;

FIG. 7 is an enlarged cross-sectional view taken on the line 7--7 of FIG. 1; and

FIG. 8 is an enlarged cross-sectional view thereof taken on the line 8--8 of FIG. 1.
