FIG. 1 is a top perspective view of combined holder tray and cooking pan showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is an exploded elevational view thereof as seen from the front or rear of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is an exploded elevational view thereof as seen from the left or right end of FIG. 1; and

FIG. 4 is a sectional view thereof taken on line 4--4 of FIG. 1.

The bottom of the design shown in the drawing figures is plain and unornamented.
