FIG. 2 is an enlarged top plan view thereof in collapsed condition;
FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 2;
FIG. 4 is a side elevational view of FIG. 2, the opposite side being a mirror image of the side shown herein;
FIG. 5 is a left end elevational view of FIG. 2; and,
FIG. 6 is a right end elevational view of FIG. 2.
