FIG. 4 is an enlarged top plan view thereof taken from a different angle than as shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is an enlarged end elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is an enlarged end elevational view thereof opposite to that shown in FIG. 5; and

FIG. 7 is a greatly enlarged cross-sectional view thereof taken along line 7--7 in FIG. 4.
