FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side being substantially a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 5 is an elevational view of the blade end thereof;

FIG. 6 is an elevational view of the handle end thereof; and

FIG. 7 is a view showing the shears with the handles and jaws in open position.
