FIG. 1 is a front elevation of our new design for a reclining vehicle seat;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side view with the other side, not shown, being a mirror image hereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear view; and

FIG. 5 is a rear perspective view showing one of the foot rest units in lowered position.
