FIG. 1 is a reduced perspective view of a placemat display rack showing my new design, the undisclosed portions of the rear and left side have been omitted for clarity of illustration and are understood to be identical to the front and right side, respectively;

FIG. 2 is a front view;

FIG. 3 is a side view;

FIG. 4 is a top view; and

FIG. 5 is a bottom view.
