FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a right side elevational view thereof, the left side being substantially a mirror image thereto;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a cross-sectional view as taken from line 6--6 of FIG. 4;

FIG. 7 is a right side elevational view of another embodiment of my new design of FIGS. 1-6;

FIG. 8 is a right side elevational view of yet another embodiment of my new design of FIGS. 1-6.

The second and third embodiments are substantially identical in all respects to the first embodiment with the exception of the elevation of the heel and shank portions thereof.
