FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof, the side opposite that shown in FIG. 2 being almost the mirror image of FIG. 2;

FIG. 3 is a front end elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear end elevational view thereof; and

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof.
