FIG. 1 is an enlarged perspective view of a combined merchandise advertising and telephone order booth, showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevation view thereof;

FIG. 3 is an enlarged side elevation view thereof; and

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof.

The rear, not shown, is identical to the front view of FIG. 2, and side opposite to that shown in FIG. 3 is identical to the side shown at FIG. 3.
