FIG. 1 is a front view in elevation of a combined bottle and cap showing my new design, the obverse view being identical to the front view;

FIG. 2 is an end view in elevation thereof, both end views being identical;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof; and

FIG. 5 is a partial cross-sectional view taken along the lines 5--5 of FIG. 1.
