FIG. 2 is a side elevational view thereof, the side opposite that shown in FIG. 2 being identical to that shown in FIG. 2;

FIG. 3 is an end elevational view thereof, the end opposite that shown in FIG. 3 being identical to that shown in FIG. 3; and

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof.
