FIG. 1 is an exploded perspective view of a combined shipping, storage and serving unit for bottles of wine or the like showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a top isometric view in assembled condition;

FIG. 3 is an end elevational view;

FIG. 4 is a side elevational view, the opposite side being a mirror image of the side shown;

FIG. 5 is an end view showing the end opposite that seen in FIG. 3;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view;

FIG. 8 is an end elevational view of the cover; and

FIG. 9 is a side elevational view thereof.
