FIG. 7 is a front elevational view in the condition _of FIG. 2;

FIG. 8 is a right side elevational view thereof; and

FIG. 9 is a top plan view thereof.

The panel seen in FIG. 9 and partially in FIG. 2, on which three circular lens caps are secured, is plain and vertically mounted.
