FIG. 1 is a front and bottom perspective view of a wheel chair positioning harness or the like showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front and top perspective view;

FIG. 3 is a plan view of the outside of the harness in flattened condition; and

FIG. 4 is a plan view of the inside of the harness in the condition of FIG. 3.
