FIG. 1 is a top plan view of a tree holder showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof, the side elevational view taken from the left of FIG. 1 being a mirror image;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view taken from the right of FIG. 1, the rear elevational view being a mirror image;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view of a second embodiment of the design of FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a front elevational view of FIG. 4, the side elevational view taken from the left of FIG. 4 being a mirror image;

FIG. 6 is a side elevational view taken from the right of FIG. 1, the rear elevational view being a mirror image.

The undersurface of the base plate is plain and unornamented.
