FIG. 1 is a top perspective view from the left hand end of a scalpel blade extractor and removable cover incorporating the design; and

FIG. 2 is a top perspective view from the right hand end of the aforesaid scalpel blade extractor with the cover removed.

The bottom surface of the scalpel blade extractor is substantially smooth and unornamented.
