FIG. 2 is a top plan view;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view, the opposite side being the same in appearance;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view; and

FIG. 5 is an elevational view looking from the right of FIG. 3, the opposite side being the same in appearance.
