FIG. 2 is a top plan view;

FIG. 3 is a sectional view taken along line 3--3 of FIG. 2;

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view; and

FIG. 5 is a bottom view showing a further embodiment of my new design wherein the only difference is in the bottom shown.
