FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof showing the intermediate supplies trays rotated to partially open positions; and
FIG. 6 is a perspective view showing the intermediate supplies trays rotated to partially open positions.
Each side of the design is equivalent in appearance and each end of the design is equivalent in appearance.
