FIG. 1 is a perspective view of the holder for a shaving instrument embodying my new design, the rear being flat and unornamented;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a side elevational view taken from the right of FIG. 1, the side opposite being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof.
