FIG. 1 is a side elevational view of a tool tray showing my new design, the opposite side being substantially a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof, the bottom being substantially plain and unornamented; and

FIG. 3 is an end elevational view thereof, the opposite end being substantially a mirror image of that shown.
