The broken lines representing the burring bits are shown for illustrative purposes only.

A feature of my new design is that the bone burr drill block protects bone burr drill bits mounted therein (as shown in phantom in FIGS. 1, 3, 5, 7, 9 and 11), and the finger grips of the alternate design enable easy handling and gripping by a doctor; and the apertures permit a more complete sterilization.
