FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a combined garment hanger and retainer for skirts, slacks or trousers showing my new design in the fastening position, the rear being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 2 is a side elevational view taken from the right of FIG. 1;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view in the open position.
