FIG. 1 is a top plan view of the device for securing load tie down ropes showing my new design;
FIG. 2 is a front elevational view of FIG. 1; and
FIG. 3 is an end elevational view taken from the right side of FIG. 2.
A bottom plan view of the device would be a mirror image of FIG. 1. An end elevational view taken from the left side of FIG. 2 would be identical to FIG. 3.
