FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a combined fluorescent and reflecting safety vest for humans showing my new design, being shown in position of use;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view, being shown in flattened position;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view of FIG. 2.

The cross-line shading shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 is intended to represent conventional fabric which covers the entirety of the article.
