FIG. 5 is a side elevation taken from the left of FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is an enlarged horizontal sectional view of the upper interior surface; and

FIG. 8 is an enlarged horizontal sectional view of the lower interior surface.
