FIG. 1 is an exploded side elevational view of a combined bottle and cap showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a front elevational view, the opposite side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a view similar to FIG. 1 but showing the other side of the cap and showing the dip tube in a reverse position;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view; and

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view.
