FIG. 5 is a bottom view thereof;

FIG. 6 is an end elevational view as seen from the left of FIG. 3;

FIG. 7 is an end elevational view as seen from the right of FIG. 3;

FIG. 8 is a perspective view taken from the top, side and right end of FIG. 1; and

FIG. 9 is a perspective view taken from the bottom and side of FIG. 3.
