FIG. 4 is a view taken along the line 4--4 in FIG. 1;

FIG. 5 is a right side elevational view of the fillet knife shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 6 is a top plan view;

FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view;

FIG. 8 is a perspective view of the fillet knife of FIG. 1, with the fillet knife being shown in its closed position; and

FIG. 9 is a left side elevational view of the fillet knife of FIG. 1, with the fillet knife being shown in its closed position.
