FIG. 1 is a front, top and side perspective view of a base with dialing means, for a transceiver handset showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a rear top and front perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof, and the side opposite thereto is substantially a mirror image of FIG. 3; and

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof.
