FIG. 6 is a left side elevation thereof;

FIG. 7 is a front elevation of a second embodiment of that shown in FIG. 1;

FIG. 8 is a right side elevation of that shown in FIG. 7; and

FIG. 9 is a rear elevation of that shown in FIG. 7.
