FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of an offshore building or the like showing my new design, the supporting legs thereof being broken away to indicate indeterminate length and the ground lines and water representations being disclosed for illustrative purposes only and forming no part of the claimed design; and,
FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof, the bottom plan being similar thereto with only the outer circumference line being shown and the four supporting legs.
