FIG. 7 is a bottom plan view thereof; and

FIG. 8 is a front and right side perspective view thereof, shown coupled to a surgical headband.

The broken line showing of the surgical headband in FIG. 8 is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
