FIG. 1 is a front elevational view of a tree stand showing our new design;

FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a side elevational view thereof similar to FIG. 1 wherein the tree stand has been rotated 90.degree.; and

FIG. 4 is a bottom plan view thereof.
