FIG. 1 is a front perspective view of an exercise stand showing my new design;

FIG. 2 is a rear perspective view thereof shown on a slightly reduced scale;

FIG. 3 is another front perspective view thereof showing the portions thereof in a folded position on an enlarged scale; and

FIG. 4 is a rear perspective view thereof shown on a slightly reduced scale.

The broken line showing of the human figure in FIG. 1 is for illustrative purposes only and forms no part of the claimed design.
