FIG. 1 is a side elevational view of a faceguard for a helmet showing my new design; the opposite side being a mirror image thereof;

The broken line showing of a helmet in the views is for illustrative purposes only.

The characteristic feature of my design resides in the appearance of the connection area of the laterally extending bars at the side of the helmet as best illustrated in FIGS. 1, 6, 11, 16 and 21.
