FIG. 2 is a left side elevational view thereof, the right side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 3 is a top plan view thereof, the bottom plan view being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a front elevational view of a second embodiment of that shown in FIG. 1, the top plan, bottom plan, right side, left side and rear elevational views being the same as those shown in FIGS. 2-4.
