FIG. 4 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a right side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a left side elevational view thereof; and

FIG. 7 is a perspective view thereof. The cord showin in FIGS. 1, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 is of indeterminate length.

The starter is shown broken away in FIGS. 1, 2 and 6 for ease of illustration.
