FIG. 4 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side being a mirror image thereof;

FIG. 5 is an end elevational view thereof;

FIG. 6 is an opposite end elevational view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a perspective view thereof with the removable support member shown in an alternate position;

FIG. 8 is a side elevational view thereof with the removable support member shown in the same alternate position as FIG. 7.
