FIG. 2 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a short side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 5 is a long side elevational view thereof; and

FIG. 6 is a partial sectional view thereof through the line 6--6 in FIG. 2 looking in the direction of the arrows.

The other short side elevational view is substantially similar to the short side elevational view illustrated in FIG. 4 and the other long side elevational view is substantially similar to the long side elevational view illustrated in FIG. 5.
