FIG. 1 is a side elevational view of a combined spare tire and trailer hitch for standard receiver bars, showing my new design it being understood that the broken line illustration of a mounted spare tire and a typical receiver bar are for illustrative purposes only and form no part of the claimed design;

FIG. 2 is the opposite side elevational view thereof;

FIG. 8 is a side elevational view illustrating either side of a second embodiment of a combined spare tire and trailer hitch for standard receiver bars for supporting two spare tires;

FIG. 10 is a front end elevational view of FIG. 8;

FIG. 11 is a top plan view of FIG. 8; and

FIG. 12 is a bottom plan view of FIG. 8.
