FIG. 2 is a top, front and right side perspective view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a front elevational view thereof, the rear and bottom being plain and unornamented; and

FIG. 4 is an enlarged top, front and left side perspective view thereof with the broken-line showing of concentrated cleaning fluid containers being for illustrative purposes only and forming no part of the claimed design. The article is shown broken-away in the views to indicate indeterminate length in the container holder portion thereof.

The bottom and back of our apparatus for formulating cleaning fluids do not constitute part of the ornamental design.
