FIG. 1 is a top rear perspective view of a stem for bicycle handlebars showing my new design, it being understood that the vertical shaft has been broken away in the middle to indicate indeterminate length;

FIG. 2 is a side elevation view thereof, the opposite side being a mirror image of that shown;

FIG. 3 is a front elevation view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a top plan view thereof; and

FIG. 5 is a bottom plan view thereof.
