FIG. 2 is a front elevational view thereof;

FIG. 3 is a rear elevational view thereof;

FIG. 4 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side being a mirror image;

FIG. 5 is a top plan view thereof;

FIG. 6 is a bottom plan view thereof;

FIG. 7 is a top, front and side perspective view of a second embodiment thereof;

FIG. 8 is a front elevational view thereof, the rear view being identical;

FIG. 9 is a top plan view thereof; and

FIG. 10 is a side elevational view thereof, the opposite side being identical.

The undisclosed bottom view of the second embodiment is the same as FIG. 6.
